10. Transformers: The Live Action Movie got an official release date of July 4th, 2007!

9. A brand new season of Justice League Unlimited! The best superhero cartoon ever made--EVER-- I can't think of an American cartoon better than this in my lifetime. This renewal makes fans everywhere happy campers.

8. Toybiz gave a teaser of Marvel Legends for 2006, and the one figure they showed was one of my 10 favorite comic book characters: IRON FIST!!!! Never would I have dared to dream of a superb new Iron Fist figure like this. Iron Fist will be the first Marvel Legends figure I've picked up since Man-Thing in January 2005 when he comes out next year. Go Toybiz!!

7. A new X-Factor comic book series! Peter David is my favorite comic book writer ever, and he's following up on last year's awesome Madrox mini-series with a brand new X-Factor Investigation ongoing series! This is huge to me. Absolutely huge. With the return of She-Hulk and Street Fighter to comic book store this October/November, along with the launch of Peter David's X-Factor and Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man series, Fall 2005 is going to be a FANTASTIC year for me as a comic book fan!

5. The Man-Thing statue by Bowen Designs is finally up for pre-order! I've been waiting since last fall to see how the final product would turn out on one of my 10 favorite comic book characters, and Man-Thing is absolutely PHENOMENAL! Now, here's hoping to god he doesn't sell out before I can order one, because he's mega-limited...

3. Darkstalkers: Well worth the wait! SOTA has made these every bit as good as the Street Fighter figures, which means they're totally amazing! Morrigan and Anakaris will have a special place on my Street Fighter shelf!

2. Street Fighter Round 5 Revealed: Zangief and Dee-Jay from Street Fighter II. And much more importantly, from Street Fighter Alpha: Juni, Juli, GUY, AND ROLENTO!!! Guy and Rolento are my two favorite remaining Alpha characters, so I'm absolutely psyched about their early 2006 figures!
